The raspberry liquor that we started back in May is finished so we bottled it this week. Just look at this beautiful red color! It is so sweet and delicious, especially poured over vanilla ice cream.
It turned out so well and was so easy that we can't wait to do another batch with another fruit. We used the cherry liquor recipe (and substituted raspberries) in The Compleat Meadmaker, but it is just sugar, vodka and raspberries! This is the same recipe.
