Holiday Gifts! Raspberry Liqueur

As I've mentioned, we're starting our holiday gifts early this year. Next up is Raspberry Liquer! We brewed beer last year and while we continue to brew beer and mead, we wanted to try something different this year. Ideally, we wanted to make cherry liqueur, but we can't seem to find fresh sour cherries here.

Here is just a 1/4 of the batch that we are making. We'll bottle them in pretty decorative glass bottles as part of a gift set that I'll share more on later!
